From the Deal Detail View, you can access all relevant details about the specific deal, allowing you to gain a complete view of its status, history, and related information, which supports efficient management and informed decision-making.

What key features are included in the Deal Detail View?

The Deal Detail Page provides a comprehensive view of a specific deal, starting with the header All Deal and the deal title, such as detailed below;

  1. The summary section displays deal value, title, company, primary contact, and rotting days. Edit these fields using the edit option that appears on the top right menu.


  1. Clicking the primary contact and company names redirects to their respective detail pages.



What are the main functions of the pipeline scale bar?

  1. The scale bar shows the current pipeline stage and the duration spent in each stage, helping to track progress and identify stages needing attention.


  1. Use the stage name dropdown to switch stages. Hovering over the scale bar’s circles reveals stage names. Selecting Lost or Won opens pop-ups to enter reasons and close dates, with Lost shown in red and Won in green.
  2. On the top left side of the scale bar, the pipeline title shows the dropdown allowing shifting the deal to different pipelines, starting at the initial stage of the selected pipeline. 



  1. The right side shows the Expected Close Date and Probability, with adjustments available via a date picker and probability editing confined to the edit pipeline drawer.


What key metrics are displayed from the overview, and what do they indicate?

  1. Deal Age: Represents the number of days since the deal was created, starting 24 hours after its creation.
  1. Inactive Days: Indicates the number of days the deal has remained idle without updates. It starts at 0 and increases with inactivity. Any actions taken on the deal will reset the count to zero


  1. Top Activities: Displays the 5 most used activity types by users. Hovering over these shows the count and percentage of each activity.
  1. Most Active Users: Shows users who have been involved in the most activities for the deal. This excludes collaborators and includes only those listed as sales owners.
