At the product detail page the top right corner, the ellipsis offers several useful options for managing products.
Ellipsis Menu: The menu presents the following options: Edit, Clone, Export, and Delete.
Edit
- Clicking Edit opens the Edit Product drawer, which displays all the existing field values of the product.
- Modify the prepopulated fields or add new values as needed.
- Once the updates are made, clicking Save applies the changes.
This feature allows quick and easy updates to existing product information without navigating away from the page.
Clone
- Clicking Clone opens the Clone Product drawer, pre-filling all fields with the current product's details. Auto-generated fields are excluded from editing.
- Review and modify the pre-filled information before saving.
Once saved, a new product is generated with the updated details, making it easier to create similar products without the need for extensive manual data entry.
Export
- Choosing the Export option provides a file format selection popup, allowing you to export product data in formats such as XLSX, XLS, or CSV.
- After selecting the format, clicking Export prepares the file for download.
- Click the Download button to retrieve the file, making it easy to back up product data or share it externally.

Delete
- Clicking Delete triggers a confirmation popup, prompting you to confirm the action.
- Selecting Delete moves the product to the Recycle Bin, where it is preserved for 90 days.
After 90 days, the product will be permanently deleted. This process helps prevent accidental deletions by requiring explicit confirmation and provides a grace period for recovery.
