Overview of Key Features in the Company Detail Page


The Company Detail page provides a centralized location for managing essential information about each company, enhancing efficiency in tracking interactions and nurturing relationships. With easy access to key details, you can streamline your workflow, ensure accurate data management, and improve communication strategies.


Profile Information

  1. The company detail page provides a comprehensive overview of the selected company's profile. The default fields displayed include company profile, name, and website.


  1. To edit these fields, click the edit icon located near the profile information. This action will open the dialogue with the profile fields. After entering the new information, click Save to confirm the changes and keep the details up to date.




Summary Fields

  1. In the company module, the summary view displays the key fields such as Sales Owner and Address. These fields provide an overview of the company details without opening the full record.
  1. To edit these fields, click on the specific field such as Sales Owner or Address and this opens a field editing box with a dropdown. You can then update the information, such as assigning a different sales owner or changing the company address, directly from the summary view.


  1. The eye icon in the left corner of the company module provides a view option. When clicked, it displays only the filled fields in the company record. This allows you to focus on the fields that contain data, making the view less cluttered and more concise. If the icon is unselected, typically all fields, both filled and empty are displayed, which might show more information and include unnecessary blank fields.
  1. The arrow icon likely indicates a collapse or expanded functionality. Clicking this icon could either show or hide additional details or sections related to the company record. This keeps the interface clean by allowing you to manage the visibility of detailed fields only when needed.



Ellipsis Menu in the Company Module

The Ellipsis Menu (represented by three vertical dots) in the Company Module provides access to additional actions or options related to the company record. 


Twozo ellipses menu has several key functions, as follows:


  1. Edit

Edit option from ellipsis menu, leads to open the Update Company drawer. The drawer displays all the fields related to the company, you can modify these details as needed, such as updating the Name, Website, Sales Owner, or Address. After making the necessary changes, simply save the updates to apply them into the company record.

  1. Clone

  1. Clicking the Clone option from the ellipsis menu opens the Clone Company drawer, where all the fields are automatically populated with the current company's information. This includes all relevant details such as Name, Website, Sales Owner, Address, and any other associated fields.
  1. The CRM automatically populates certain fields. Editable fields are filled based on existing values, and auto-generated fields do not appear in the Clone drawer. This feature simplifies adding similar companies by eliminating the need for manual data entry.
  1. In this drawer, you can review or modify any of the pre-filled information before saving. Once saved, an exact copy of the original company is created with all the duplicated details. This feature is particularly useful for scenarios where a similar company needs to be added quickly, without manually re-entering all the information.


  1. Export

Clicking Export prompts, you to select a file format for the download such as XLSX, XLS, or CSV. After choosing the format, click the Export button to prepare the file for download. Once ready, click the Download button to save the file to your device. This allows for offline access to company information.


  1. Delete

Selecting the option Delete, leads to opens a confirmation popup. Confirming the deletion by clicking Yes will remove the company and move it to the Recycle Bin. This feature helps in managing and cleaning up company lists.
