The Ellipsis Menu (represented by three vertical dots) in the Company Module provides access to additional actions or options related to the company record.
Twozo ellipses menu has several key functions, as follows:
Edit option from ellipsis menu, leads to open the Update Company drawer. The drawer displays all the fields related to the company, you can modify these details as needed, such as updating the Name, Website, Sales Owner, or Address. After making the necessary changes, simply save the updates to apply them into the company record.
Clicking Export prompts, you to select a file format for the download such as XLSX, XLS, or CSV. After choosing the format, click the Export button to prepare the file for download. Once ready, click the Download button to save the file to your device. This allows for offline access to company information.
Selecting the option Delete, leads to opens a confirmation popup. Confirming the deletion by clicking Yes will remove the company and move it to the Recycle Bin. This feature helps in managing and cleaning up company lists.
