What are the main features for tracking deal progress?

  1. Timeline: Provides a timeline view of all key events and updates related to the deal. It can be filtered by Calls, Emails, Notes, ActivitiesFiles, and Updates.
  1. Conversations: Displays all communication threads related to the deal, including emails, calls, and voice notes. This allows easy access to past interactions and important discussions. 


  1. Activity: Lists all activities performed on the deal, including tasks, meetings, and follow-ups. This helps monitor ongoing engagement and scheduled actions.


What are the available actions for managing deal status?

The CRM interface is designed to streamline the management of deal outcomes and interactions, offering a range of essential tools:
  1. Reopen: Transitions the deal back to its previous open stage.
  2. Won: Opens the Closed Won pop-up to enter the won reason and deal closed date. After saving, the Reopen button appears.
  3. Lost: Opens the Closed Lost pop-up to enter the lost reason and deal closed date. After saving, the Reopen button appears.
  4. Send Mail: Opens the compose tab with the contact’s primary email prepopulated. Sent mails appear in the deal’s conversations.
  5. Call: Initiates a call with the primary contact. Call details and notes can be logged afterward.
  6. Product: The product option to quickly add products related to a deal.
