Configuring Prices, Deals, and Variations in Products

Prices

Currency

  1. Click +Add Price to add a price in different currencies. Initially, only USD will appear in the dropdown menu.
  2. Navigate to Admin Settings, then go to Other Settings and click on Currency to add additional currencies. Click +Add Currency to include a new currency.
  3. Save the new currency, and it will appear in the dropdown menu when adding prices.

If all active currencies have been added, the Add Price option will be greyed out, and you won’t be able to add any more prices until you add a new currency.


Price

  1. Click +Add Price to add a price. The price fields will be empty by default.
  2. Enter the price details in the provided fields. Click Add to save the price.
  3. Hover over the added prices to reveal options to edit or delete them. Click the edit icon to modify the price details, then click Update to save changes, or click the delete icon to remove the price.



Tax

  1. Specify the tax percentage when adding a price by entering the tax amount in the Tax% field next to the price.

Access this field after clicking the Add Price option; it will be part of the price entry form.

  1. Edit the tax percentage by clicking the edit icon next to the price. Make changes and click Update to save.


Discount

  1. Enter the discount percentage when adding a price by filling in the Discount% field.
    This field is accessible after clicking the Add Price button and is part of the price entry form.
  1. To modify an existing discount, click the edit icon next to the price. Update the discount percentage as needed and click Update to save the changes. Use the delete icon to remove the discount if necessary.


Deals

  1. The Deal option displays a list of deals associated with the product. This list includes columns such as Deal NameDeal ValueProduct QuantityPrimary Contact, and Expected Close Date.
  2. Filter deals by their status (Open, Won, Lost) using the State button, located next to the toggle. By default, all deals are displayed.
  1. Click the State button and select a status (Open, Won, Lost) from the dropdown menu to filter by deal status. The State button will update with a count of matching deals, and a remove icon will appear to reset the filter.




Variations


  1. Manage different variations of the product, each with unique price, tax, and discount settings, using the Variation option.
  2. Click the +Variation button to add a new variation. A new variation name will appear by default, with editable fields for Name, Currency, Price, Tax%, and Discount%.
  3. Rename the variation by clicking the name field and updating it.
  4. Hover over any variation to reveal edit and delete icons. Click the edit icon to modify the fields, then click Update to save changes.
  5. Click the +Add More button to add additional prices under a specific variation.
