Consequences of Disabling and Deleting the Product

Consequences of Disabling and Deleting the Product

When the Product is turned off in Twozo, these changes occur:

  1. The Product module will no longer be visible in the navigation menu.
  1. Any product-related information will be hidden, including products linked to deals.
  1. You won't be able to add new products or manage existing ones until the module is re-enabled.
  1. Existing product data is preserved and will become visible again if the module is re-enabled.
  1. The data field section in Admin Settings will be hidden, preventing the addition of any new fields related to products.

  1. Access to product-related analytics is restricted, including reports and insights on product performance and sales.

When a product is deleted in Twozo, the following occurs:

  1. The product is instantly removed from the deal's associated products list, including any quantity, price, or discount information tied to that product.
  1. Analytics and reports that previously included the product data will no longer reflect the deleted product, potentially altering metrics like total deal value and revenue forecasts.

  1. The deleted product is moved to the recycle bin, where it remains for 90 days, allowing it to be restored if needed. If not restored within this period, the product is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
