Enabling and Managing the Product Module in Twozo


The product module in Twozo streamlines inventory management by tracking stock levels and preventing shortages or overstocking. It organizes all product details in one place for easy access and management. Linking products to sales deals, increases sales efficiency and ensures accurate tracking. It also provides performance insights to identify top-selling products and make informed business decisions.


By default, the product module is disabled. To enable the product module in Twozo:

  1. Click the settings icon on the main navigation bar to access Admin Settings.
  2. In Admin Settings, navigate to Modules and Fields and select the Product module to open the product data fields page.
  3. The toggle switch for the product module is Off by default, switch it to On to enable the module.




Once activated, the Product Module will be accessible from the main navigation bar, allowing you to start managing products or services within the CRM.
