Managing Product Deletion Across Twozo CRM

Delete Product

Deleting a product involves removing it from the system to manage your inventory effectively. When a product is deleted, it is initially moved to the Recycle Bin, where it is preserved for 90 days. During this period, you can restore the product if needed, or permanently delete it. This approach allows for the recovery of accidentally deleted items while ensuring that obsolete products are eventually cleared from the system.


List View

Here’s the version for deleting a product from the product list view:

  1. In the product list view, locate the ellipsis on the right side of the selected product.


  1. Click the Delete option from the dropdown menu.

A confirmation popup will appear to ask, Are you sure you want to delete this product?


  1. After confirming by clicking Delete, the product will be moved to the Recycle Bin.


Bulk Delete

Product Detail Page

You can delete a product from the deal detail page as well. To do this, navigate to the deal detail page and find the ellipsis in the top right corner. 


Click the menu, select the delete option, and follow the prompts to confirm the deletion. For further details, please refer to the information provided in the sections above.
