Deleting and Restoring Contacts
How to restore or permanently delete a contact?
You can delete a contact from its detail view or use bulk actions to delete multiple contacts at once from the list view. The deleted contact will be moved to the Recycle Bin folder.
Note: The deleted contact can be restored within 90 days of the deletion. After 90 days it will be permanently deleted. Restore:
- Click on the Recycle Bin located at the bottom of the Filters option. This will navigate you to another screen where all deleted contacts are listed.
- To restore a contact, click the ellipsis icon next to the contact you want to restore.
- If you want to permanently delete the contact, you can select the Delete Permanently option.
- You can restore contacts using bulk actions, which allows for the recovery of multiple contacts at once from the Recycle Bin.
